Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is placed inside a protective shipping mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and refund once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
